I share here a little about my experiences in the sacred lands of the Incas and about its culture, habits, rituals, etc. of this country that I admire and learn so much and also about the journey I organize there.
** ESSENTIAL AWAKENING DAY - PERU 2020 **
This trip is a deep dive of self-knowledge and personal expansion and a beautiful combination of therapeutic and meditative experiences, Andean ceremonies and ancestral rituals performed in the sacred lands of Peru, facilitated by the Peruvian medicine woman Marcela Pantigozo in partnership with the transpersonal therapist specialized in development and female empowerment Marcela Marques.
Come and experience the spirituality of this magical place and connect with your ancestral origins, honor your feminine energy and participate in an exclusive retreat for women. Get in touch with the five elements (Earth, Fire, Water, Air and Ether) and learn to balance and integrate them in your life and in your self-knowledge process, honoring the legacy of the Andean priestesses, while celebrating the month of Pachamama in the Andes!
Embark on this beautiful journey of the elements in us and learn to integrate them in your life and in your self-knowledge process. We will participate in a retreat in the Sacred Valley, getting to know and working the five elements through conversation circles, therapeutic experiences and Andean and shamanic rituals. A few years ago I allowed myself to dream, but not only that. I heard the dreams and ran after them, I threw myself, believed and allowed things to flow.
Knowing Peru, and mainly, Machu Picchu was one of the dreams realized and one of the most incredible experiences I had, it is really magical. Connecting with that sacred land, accessing the ancestral knowledge of the Andean priestesses and visiting the Pachamama temple was more than special, it touched the soul.
For this reason, I have organized spiritual journeys so that more people can have this experience and also access this indescribable energy, through experiences, rituals and activities that I conduct with the Peruvian shaman Marcela Pantigozo
My first trip on a spiritual journey, for a more intense personal dive, was to Peru.
Feeling the energies of those sacred lands and the experiences that really made me live and getting in touch with the ancestral knowledge and knowledge of the Andean priestesses, were a watershed for me.
I connected even more with my essence, and more than that, I accessed an inner force that enabled a great revolution in my life. After I came back, I managed to propel my paths to higher and higher flights, following my heart, knowing the greater strength by which I am moved and also that anchors me, so I continued exploring the world and making my dreams come true.

Ritual is a ceremony where intentions are attributed to gestures, objects and symbols with specific objectives, and in Peru there are many opportunities to experience rituals. Along the journey, we will do some of them, always in tune with the 4 elements and Mother Earth, Pachamama.
In my experiences in the sacred lands of Peru, I participated and also conducted some rituals, and I can say, that the energetic force that moments like this have is inexplicable, you need to be open and allow yourself to feel

A spiritual journey is an opportunity to create this experience of getting out of the ordinary, of investigating, of experiencing so much other culture, flavors, accessing new knowledge, but also getting to know another SUA version, which may not have surfaced while still in place ever, and I can guarantee that it can be surprisingly amazing!

Understanding the meaning of the Inca Trilogy is a way to deepen the knowledge and worldview that ancestral peoples have. For them, the world is basically divided into 3 spiritual levels, with each level having a sacred animal as guardian:
** HANAN PACHA : World from above, home of the Gods and the spirits, symbolizes the future and has CONDOR as its animal.
** KAY PACHA : Middle world, home of men, symbolizes the present and has PUMA as its animal.
** UKU PACHA : World of underground, dwells the dead, symbolizing the past and its animal is the SNAKE.

The four elements are not only present in nature
external, but also in our inner nature and each element brings its own strength, and we express these energies in different ways.
Perhaps you can identify yourself with the claw and firmness of EARTH , or it may be that in your daily life you have the lightness and fluidity of WATER , or perhaps a greater influence of FIRE with more momentum and force of action and finally more creativity and spontaneity of the AR .
Identifying the way you work and empowering each of these elements is essential for your development and especially so that you can integrate everyone and feel even more fulfilled.
In this journey to Peru, we will get in touch and experience the energies of the four elements in a profound and transforming way.

ANDEAN COSMOVISION - PART 1
We are a family owned and operated business.
When walking through Peru it is noticeable how much the people breathe faith, connection with the ancestral roots of the Inca culture.
The tradition of these peoples is based on some universal spiritual laws, and they follow the so-called ANDEAN COSMOVISION, which sees everything as something alive and therefore sacred, and that can bring teachings and lessons.
This philosophy also teaches us that WE ARE ONE and that we can learn a lot by getting in touch with nature.

During our stay in the Sacred Valley, we will celebrate ancestry around the campfire in tune with the spirit of fire!
The campfire has a powerful energy transmuting agent and is considered sacred in many religions and cultures and is widely used in the Andes. Through the fire we can see beyond the darkness of the night and beyond our own darkness!
The woman, in turn, also has her internal fire, her personal fuel, which we make our personal alchemy and in this meeting we will have the possibility to honor and celebrate this internal and external wisdom.

Goddess of fertility, abundance originating in Inca mythology, this being the maximum deity of this culture.
Pacha in Quechua (Inca), means time / space and also earth, so Pachamama corresponds to Mother Earth.

The great giver of life is the representation of the universal feminine energy, the Cosmic Mother, it is nature in itself.

ANDEAN COSMOVISION - PART 2

To connect with the way of experiencing spirituality according to ancient Andean knowledge, it is necessary to look at the sky, appreciate the stars, perceive the movement and interference that each star has.
The vialáctea was the great reference for the organization of calendars, harvests, rituals and it was also her that saw the visible connection between humanity and the supramundane worlds. The whole cosmos is intertwined, everything is alive, nothing is inert.

KINTU -COCA SHEET (PART 1)
We are a family owned and operated business.
In Andean cultures, the Coca leaf is widely used, being one of the reasons, for its medicinal effects, healing.
It is traditional one of the customs to separate 3 whole and beautiful leaves (Kintu) and blow on them, greeting the mountains (Apu) when starting ceremonies and offerings.

KINTU -COCA SHEET (PART 2)
We are a family owned and operated business.
For the Andean people, the Coca leaf is extremely sacred, as it is a legacy left by their ancestors, being part of the identity of that culture.
In addition, it helps in adapting to the altitude in Peruvian lands, and can be chewed or taken as tea.

It is very traditional in Peru to make offerings to Pachamama, to thank all that Mother Earth offers us and also to guarantee abundance and fertility, it is an act of reciprocity to maintain the natural balance with cosmic energy.
There are several ways to make these offerings, and they are often prepared in an Andean blanket and offered Coca leaves, seeds, grains, flowers, cereals, shells, incense, corn juice and sweets that are offered together with our intentions and the end are burned at the stake while prayers are chanted, usually in the ancestral local language, Quechua.
During our journey we will perform this ancestral ceremony, mainly to celebrate, as August is the month of Pachamama in Peru.

Cocoa ceremonies are prepared with the intention of opening the heart's energy center.

This is a drink considered sacred, as its scientific name says: Theobroma Cacao, which means food of the Gods, was consumed by members of the spiritual hierarchies in the early times, being used in a ceremonial and medicinal way.
Because it has vasodilating properties, it helps to intensify the circulatory system, creating relaxation and opening the heart chakra, in addition to being served mixed with spices and pepper which intensify the results and also leaves it with aphrodisiac property.

In Peruvian culture the use of Palo Santo is paramount in all ceremonies and rituals. It is with him that the energetic cleansing of environments and people happens, both on a physical and spiritual level.
.
This sacred wood has been used since ancient times and has properties that expel negative energies and attract positive energies, in addition to promoting healing and helping to deepen spiritual moments and meditation.

The drum is an instrument present in ancestral rituals since the early times and is an important part of the culture of different traditions.
For the Andean peoples, the sound of the drum beat is the representation of the heartbeat of Mother Earth (Pachamama) and has a healing power due to its universal sound.
Many healing works are done to the sound of the drum, in addition to all the sacred corners around the fire, reminding us of our true essence.

.
It is used for smoking people and environments, but also used as a medicinal form in baths, teas and in food.
** TIP ** Always burn a handful of sage in all areas of the house and also spread the smoke around you, this will keep you and the environment clean and energized spiritually, in addition to having a super pleasant smell.

CHAKANA - PART 1
The Chakana, or Andean Cross is an ancient symbol, is a Quechua word, where Chaka = bridge and Hanan = heaven, being then symbolized as a ladder connecting to the highest sky, with the Divine, the upper world.
It has the shape of a square and stepped cross with 12 points, resulting from astronomical observation, representing the universe and bringing the vision of the cosmogony of the Andean world.
It also represents all the conduct and affirmations of the Inca philosophy and a profound way of interpreting life.
CHAKANA - PART 2
The Chakana, also known as the Andean Cross, has at its 4 ends, the symbolism of the 4 directions of the universe and the 4 seasons and also the 4 elements of nature, in addition to the representation of the Inca Trilogy, representing the 3 spiritual worlds (Upper world - Hanan Pacha / Middle World - Kay Pacha / Underground World - Uku Pacha.
It demonstrates the symbolisms of union counterpoints such as: north and south, earth and sky, man and the divine, male and female, the sun and the moon, and the center brings the demonstration about the duality of the universe.

This is a place that transports you in time, makes you empty your thoughts and just be there, present in the moment, enjoying and feeling the energy and magic that it overflows.

Brazilian citizens do not need a visa or passport to travel to Peru for tourism or business, being able to enter Peruvian territory only with the ID with the shipping date of 2008 onwards ok ?! In immigration, a stamped paper is usually received together with the stamp in the passport called Tarjeta Andina Migratória. It is very important to keep this paper in a safe place and always have it with the documents to present at the hotels when checking in. With the loss of this role, hotels will charge 18% of the nightly rate, in addition to other complications when returning to Brazil.
Another important point, travel insurance is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. We suggest hiring international travel insurance that can be purchased online or with a local tourism agency or bank in Brazil ok ?!

All flights from Brazil necessarily make a stopover in Lima. It is best to try to book a flight that does not have a very long waiting time in Lima. The flight Lima - Cusco lasts approximately 1h10m. Among the airlines offering flights from São Paulo, Rio and other Brazilian capitals to Lima and Cusco are LATAM and AVIANCA. Domestic flights can be booked with LAN, AVIANCA, STARPERU, PERUVIAN AIRLINES and LCP. Flying in the morning is the best way to arrive calmly, ok?
There are several websites for finding airline tickets such as Decolar and Submarino that usually offer good deals on tickets to Peru. A good tip is also to look at travel agencies, as some also get better prices.

We will stay in a hotel in the heart of the Sacred Valley of the Incas , surrounded by mountains and a beautiful garden with flowers native to the region. The hotel also has a small spa with a jacuzzi and massage room. We cherish comfort and we also want to provide participants with the magic of sleeping and waking up in the middle of nature, lulled by silence, and surrounded by incredible energies and views.
In Cusco , we will stay in a hotel a few meters from Plaza de Armas. With a privileged location, the hotel offers beautiful views of the city and an atmosphere that recalls the colonial times of the imperial capital.

The Sacred Valley of the Incas is a true paradise, composed of huge mountains around it and numerous rivers, has several archaeological monuments that reproduced constellations and is full of indigenous villages.
With their typical clothes and ancestral customs, we can easily access all the Andean culture by walking through the valley, seeing the open air markets and feeling all the magic of being surrounded by nature and on the banks of the Urubamba River.
Extremely abundant, it was the main food producing region for the Inca Empire and where they produced the best corn kernels in Peru.

We will have the opportunity to taste the delicious Peruvian food during our stay in the Sacred Valley. Homemade food, specially prepared for our group, with organic and local ingredients.
In Cusco, the gastronomic scene is so rich and varied that there will be plenty of options to try typical and exotic dishes of local cuisine.
Peruvian cuisine internationally recognized for its flavor and the use of corn, potatoes and quinoa stands out.

If we could give a single piece of advice, it would be this: don't bring too much! Travel light, we will stay in Peru for 9 days, there is no need to overload yourself with heavy suitcases. In addition, the train in Machu Picchu does not accept large suitcases on its cars, only small backpacks. See the specifications for this link:
http://www.perurail.com/tickets_baggage.php
It would be interesting to bring a large suitcase or backpack and a small one to use during the day, to carry water, protector and the various layers of clothes that we will take off and put on during our tours and activities.
During the day the temperature can vary. It is normal to be in a blouse in the morning, with a short sleeve at noon, under a raincoat around three and wrapped in a blanket with a cap and glove at night. The secret is the layers, especially in Cusco and the Sacred Valley. In Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu, the climate is more tropical.
** LIST OF SUGGESTIONS **
- comfortable clothes for walks, activities and tours
- we will probably wear the same outfit all day. Bring pieces that can be combined, such as 3 leggings and 7 tops or t-shirts. These clothes are also wild because they can be worn under skirts and less sheltered ceremonial clothes.
- Accessories and clothes with which you can feel your feminine essence emerge for our moments of exchange, ceremony and rituals.
- some long-sleeved cotton T-shirts or tops.
- a warm sweater or sweatshirt to use at night at the hotel.
- a waterproof jacket (rainproof)
- the jacket is essential also because of the wind, but in order not to get wet there is the option to buy raincoats in Peru for S / 5.
- a sweater or a blouse of warmer material, like wool or flannel. Winter clothes can be purchased in Peru at very economical prices. Scarves, gloves and other accessories can also be purchased in Cusco, if you don't have them at home because you are lucky and live in a tropical place!
- bathing suit (we will need bathing suit at the temacal ceremony)
- Hawaiians, hiking boots or walking shoes (remember that if the shoe is new, it will hurt your foot! Start using it today to avoid blisters and purple nails!)
- flashlight, sunscreen, repellent (there is a mosquito in Machu Picchu)
- personal hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste)
- camera or cell phone for photos, charger, extra batteries for the camera, enough memory card for one million photos! Attention: the voltage in Peru is 220V
- check if your electronics are bivolts.
- A small backpack to take personal items during the tours.
